Located in the heart of Downtown Adrian, this newly renovated space can easily accommodate 6 guests (2 Queens, 1 Queen Sleeper sofa).

This historical loft features easy self-check in with a private keypad entrance and free parking directly across the street. Enjoy short walks to all that Downtown Adrian has to offer with all the amenities of a hotel room and more.

Short walk to the Croswell Opera House, Chaloner's Cigar Bar, the Adrian Armory Event Center, and easy access to downtown events and festivals. 1.3 miles from Adrian College, 1.5 miles from Siena Heights University.

You'll have full access to the 1150+ Square foot second floor of 120 S. Winter St. A keypad dead bolt code will be provided for street level access.

The property owner runs a business immediately next door and is present from 9am - 4pm nearly every day, and can be contacted after hours via text if any issues arise!

We had such a great stay here! The place has so much history and character, it’s one of those spots that just feels special the moment you walk in. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into keeping that charm while still making it comfortable.The hosts were awesome too. Super friendly, quick to respond, and really easy to communicate with the whole time. They made everything simple and stress-free.Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a unique place to stay. Stayed during SHU graduation weekend. Place is bigger then we expected. Very clean and efficient. Host was on point and quick to respond to any and all questions. Excellent place, Excellent host. Downfall is road noise but that is all because location is in the middle of everything you could want to do in Adrian. Recommend to anyone however if you have people who have trouble with stairs unfortunately this is not for you. Stairway to get in is wide and has rails but it is a tall one.

Awesome historical loft

Beautiful loft that has been restored to showcase Adrian history. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could need or want. Bedrooms separated to allow for privacy. Common area comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for a weekend stay. Quickly out of traffic from Michigan International Raceway and a quick 25 minute trip back to the loft. Property was clean and there were good restaurabnts easily within walkng distance. Parking was abundant as statwed. Definetly will look to book again if we return for the races next year!

While looking for something for a college visit, I happened upon The Loft. Owner was super easy to communicate with and The Loft turned out to be a perfect place to stay! Super clean, 2 bedrooms (so privacy while traveling with a teen). Very nicely equipped bathroom, lots of towels, such nice bed linens we asked where they were from. Loads of character, mini fridge, coffee maker and restaurants within easy walking distance. You’ll enjoy your stay!

Place was nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Pool was conveniently close. The kids had a blast swimming and playing pickelball. The house is within 15 to 30 munutes of all fun to be had in Branson. I give the house a 4.7 out of 5. My only issue was the grilling area has a drainage issue. It rained a lot and the water pooled and stayed in the back corner. This made it difficult to enjoy the outside seating when it wasnt raining. If it was dry, the patio is very pleasant and welcoming area. If they fix the drainage issue, Id give it a 5 out of 5. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our AirBNB is directly next door to our storefront in downtown Adrian, above my overstock rooms and workshop. We also have an apartment that we live in most of the year above our store. We love living in downtown and all the conveniences that come with it! Walking to restuarants and bars is the best!
