Potential immediate termination of the reservation without refund

Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.

Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:

Deep cleaning charges
Allergen remediation charges
Penalty fees between $500 and $1,000
Additional charges for damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements
🐶 Dog Policy (Pet-Friendly Homes Only)

We really enjoyed our stay at the villages. The home was nice but it could have included additional pots and pans in the kitchen. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked with supplies as I would like. It was really difficult to make a big pot of soup. We really enjoyed the location of the home. The property manager didn’t always respond to my emails.

Some disappointment

There were a lot of minor issues. Door knob from garage to washroom was missing a set screw, so it kept falling off. Toilet in master bath would run constantly when flushed, had to open tank and adjust flapper to close it. Left hand sink in master, and sink in guest bath both drain very slow. While out on golf cart, it kept dying. This happened the first day we took it out. Called house rental people and they had it towed back to the house. We had to rent a cart for the remainder of the stay, which ate into our vacation time. Never got follow up from management until I followed up a day and a half later. Location was convenient to Lake Sumter Landing.
