LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This brand new private suite comes with its own private entrance and parking. It is designed with your comfort in mind with very comfortable memory foam bed, luxury bathroom, 55' smart TV and very fast WI-Fi. 10 min from beautiful beaches and 3 min from Downtown Gardens. Even though our suite does not have a full Kitchen, it's equipped with Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.
ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

Small but very clean!

This property is great for an overnight stay for 2! Exceptionally clean but no kitchen to cook or sink to clean dishes.

This was absolutely perfect for our needs and centrally close to our family. I loved the layout...it was clean, cool, very comfortable bed...best sleep! If I were single, i could definitely actually live there. The 2 slight negatives was there was not a sink in the "kitchenette " to wash dishes or even dish soap provided. You have to wash any dishes in the bathroom sink, which leaves for the 2nd negative...not a lot of water pressure in sink but the shower pressure was great! For the most part, those 2 was not a big inconvenience so I still give it a 5 star!! Enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking it again for my next visit. Private parking another plus and great neighborhood! Close to beaches, shopping, a gazillion restaurants, gas stations and the interstate exits.
