Other things to note
Room is part of our home, but has its own private outside entrance to the room.
-There is 1 step to climb to enter the room.
-Your room will be cleaned after your departure.
-We have hand soap and body wash, but guests are to bring along their own toiletries please. Microwave oven with grill function there is no stove.
-For long stay visitors , Quick Clean, Fresh Towels & Linen will be supplied every 4 to 5 days.
-Smoke alarm in room, so no smoking indoors please. There is a comfortable designated smoking area outside.
-Bug spray & basic First Aid Kit for guest to use.
-Dedicated work space and chair.
We ask all guests to be considerate of your host's office hours.

-Please note and practice our no loud noise policy after 9:00pm and before 9:00 am.
-Please respect other guest when it comes to noise disturbance, their privacy and parking your vehicle .
-Please park your vehicle in such a way as to best aid space and easy maneuvering of all vehicles going in and out of the premises.
-Very early morning escapades and all hours party goers are not a good fit for this listing.
-No parties or unregistered guests are allowed on the premises.
