We do not allow unapproved gatherings over the maximum occupancy of eight people in the house. However, certain small gatherings may be accommodated with prior approval. Please contact us to discuss your plans, including the number of guests and the expected length of the gathering. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $150 fee. Approval for a gathering does not change the maximum overnight occupancy or any other house rules.
