My wife and I booked this home as a place for my wife to recover after surgery. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The layout and amenities were great. We would love to book it again in the future.

Perfect for NCCU Families

This property was busy a few blocks from NCCU. We walked to the campus everyday. The neighborhood is old but quiet. There were some hiccups with check in but the owner was very responsive. This will be my go to property when studying

We had an exceptional stay during a challenging time. Our daughter underwent surgery at Duke University Hospital, and this cottage proved invaluable—both as a serene refuge the evening before the procedure and as a restorative retreat during her early recovery. The proximity to the hospital eliminated unnecessary travel during a medically sensitive period, while the thoughtfully appointed interior and meticulous upkeep provided genuine comfort when we needed it most. The aesthetic warmth of the space created an environment conducive to rest and recovery. We would not hesitate to return should circumstances bring us back to the area.
