Your NORTH Caicos Islands adventure begins at this wonderful 3-bedroom 3-Bath villa located on the rocky shores of Bottle Creek Lagoon. This adorable property will accommodate up to 9 guests while offering a cozy retreat for all. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, Washer, Dryer, and WiFi, while making fantastic memories at our centrally located Villa. Turtle Cove sits on 2 acres of waterfront property overlooking the famous Bottle Creek Lagoon. The Villa is on an Iron shore crystal clear water beach, but has white sand beaches nearby. Whether lounging on the expansive deck, Chasing World Class Bone fishing in the lagoon, or exploring nearby beaches and attractions, Turtle Cove provides a comfortable and secluded base for all your excursions. If you are wanting a slower pace out island experience, This is it.

We include Two Inflatable Paddle boards (With a $45.00 cleaning fee) with each rental. These will allow two people to explore or get to the world class fishing just steps out your back door. Additional boards and Kayaks available upon request.

Bonefish - Bottle Creek Lagoon offers world class Bonefishing with the villa being located close enough for you to fish all day, but still have lunch at the villa and take a break. We have everything you need to help you have a successful trip without the long expensive boat rides to the shallows. The shallows await just out the door 100 yards away.

I’ve had the good fortune to travel all over for both work and leisure and I’ve stayed at some great places over the years, but this place really takes the cake. From the gorgeous, secluded location to the immediate proximity to world class fishing, this place has it all. John (host) could not have been more accommodating. From the restaurant and points of interest suggestions to helping us secure paddle boards to explore Bottle Creek, John truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable week. Already planning to make this an annual trip! This gorgeous house is spacious and clean and fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of this spectacular gem of an island.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this house in 2020 after visiting North Cacios only one time.
After 12 days of endless exploring and only seeing 7 other people on some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world, we knew this was the place most only dream about.
During our stay, we met many islanders and expats that have lived on island for decades. So after meeting so many great people and hearing how they ended up living on this little piece of heaven, we took the plunge. All of their great stories and adventures gave us the courage to buy a place, and start to make our own adventure.

What makes this property unique

Our property is one of only a few properties in North that is actually elevated, providing gorgeous views of Bottle Creek Lagoon. Turtle Cove- North TCI is centrally located and is only steps to the water. The Lagoon is home to some of the best Bone Fishing on the island, and with it's clear shallow waters makes it very easy to spot sea turtles that like to rest on the silty soft bottom. Thus the name change to Turtle Cove from it previous name of "Glorious Sunrise". While the name has changed, the sunrises over the water have not. They are indeed Glorious and will certainly make an earlier riser out all. You will most certainly want to be awake to see the sun seemingly rise out of the water, making he lagoon look as if it is set aglow. Enjoy the sunrise from the expansive deck or from the water on a paddle board or Kayak.

Also with a full two acres on the water, you will have fantastic unobstructed views of the Lagoon and a lot of privacy. With the Lagoon being so shallow and protected, it makes for a great place to launch a kayak or paddle board without haveing to fight the waves and surf. (Don't forget to inquire about the water toys)
