Heidi’s communication was fast and excellent. The property location was excellent close to everything. A fun property with comfortable and interesting design features. The backyard is wonderful and relaxing. It was a perfect spot for my family, and Heidi was a wonderful, accommodating and responsive Host. The property was very clean and wonderfully pet friendly. This property is as fantastic as it appears in the photos. The home has unique and interesting decor and the backyard is amazing to relax in and our dogs loved it. Heidi is an attentive and detail oriented host who provided superior service!

The property was amazing. We had 2 families of 4 staying. The kids had a blast in the treehouse area. The location is walking distance to most things in the Solana Beach area including the entrance to the beach. Otherwise it’s less than a 5 minute drive and we had no trouble finding parking. We were there for the 4th of July and walking distance to one of the best places to view the fireworks from the fair. The house itself had everything we needed for cooking meals with plenty of room to dine and hangout. There was even an old school arcade game!Looking forward to our next stay!

Sacred Space is beautiful. This home is decorated with gorgeous, eclectic, thought-provoking furniture, fixtures, and decorations. Loads of room to gather inside and out. Ample seating; 1 large table inside and another large table outside.Our group really enjoyed fire pit (seats at least 15 adults comfortably) and ping pong table. Comfy beds and pillows.Heidi was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our family event.

Heidi’s house was incredible — super comfy and peaceful, especially the outdoor area. We spent so much time hanging out in the backyard. The house has such a great energy and there are lots of fun things to do. We stayed there with two families (6 adults + 2 infants) and felt very comfortable the whole time. The location is great too. You can’t really walk to the beach so you’ll need a car, but it’s very convenient. Whole Foods and Del Mar — one of the most beautiful areas in San Diego — are only about 5 minutes away. Heidi was also very thoughtful and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Heidi has curated one of, if not the nicest rental properties I have ever stayed at. The subtle privacy, energy and the thought put towards this home is unbelievable. You will be a better person after staying at this house. We will definitely come back to this gem.

Perfect property for a pre-wedding event!

The place was perfect for us as we wanted a beautiful and spacious place for our pre-wedding event we organized with around 35 of our family and friends. The house is beautiful with flowers blooming everywhere. Heidi was super friendly and a great host , she made us cookies and also little flower bouquets for centerpieces. She was super responsive all the time. Definitely recommend this place for an event or just as a vacation house .

Our stay at the Sacred Space was absolutely wonderful. Our dogs went from incredibly excited to completely at home within a heartbeat which says so much about how warm and welcoming this place feels.Comfy beds, cozy pillows, an exquisite rainfall shower in the primary bedroom, and gorgeous views from every window made the stay feel truly special. Heidi was incredibly attentive and in constant communication, always making sure every need was met.It’s immediately obvious that this is a deeply loved family home, one filled with joy, wonderful memories, and an exquisite designer’s touch. There isn’t a single corner that doesn’t feel thoughtfully curated, with art and unexpected details everywhere to pique your curiosity and invite you to look a little closer.The personality of the family is woven beautifully throughout the home: accomplished and beloved daughters, a fun and spirited mom, and a serious love of the Grateful Dead. I definitely came away knowing more about Deadheads than I did when I arrived!What makes Sacred Space so memorable though is something much harder to create than beautiful interiors. There’s a genuine sense of closeness, friendship, and family here. It’s the kind of feeling that can only come from years of love and thoughtful curation by a host who clearly cares deeply about design, family, and the people she welcomes into her home.A beautiful, joyful, wonderfully personal place to stay... and one we’ll remember very fondly.

Stunning Home and Stupendous Host!

Heidi was an absolute dream to work with for our stay in Solana Beach for my best friend's bachelorette party. I booked her home in November and even though our dates were so far out, she was more than happy to answer my questions about the property and area. She kept in touch with me throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and this was after having given me a personal walkthrough of the property and its amenities! The home is even more beautiful than the listing photos can show; unlike the cold & empty short-term rentals you'll often find, Heidi's spacious home is decorated with an eclectic mix of decor that'll quickly have you thinking of redecorating your own home! You won't regret staying here on your next trip to San Diego; I'm already trying to find a reason to come back!
