We are really happy you were pleased with how clean and cozy your cabin was. When you all can stay with us again, please call with a list of which attractions, activities, business meetings, etc you want whether Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Sevierville. If you want a lot of privacy and seclusion, please let us know that as well. We will certainly make recommendations on which cabins are closest to where you need to be!

Randy, we are so happy you liked our cabin. I wish you would have emailed or called to ask any questions you had before you booked online! We would have been more than happy to help you with any information you needed. As we would never mislead anyone, please review our Homeaway description again. It clearly stated in writing: Located just 13 miles from the largest super market in Gatlinburg, Food City, numerous restaurants, McDonald's & Subway in Gatlinburg. You stated we should correct the driving directions on the web page, however, the driving directions are not on our web page. We intentionally do not post the actual address of our cabin for our guests privacy and security concerns. We don't give this information to the general public to invite strangers to your cabin for the drive-by or to disturb you to 'tour the cabin' for their future stay. If folks can find your rental, they will disturb current guests for a tour! We are so sorry for your inconvenience!

I agree it's an easy and a beautiful drive when you're ready to do the touristy things. Thank you for a great suggestion on the remote controls. Come stay in our cabin again sometime!

Yes, our cabin does not overlook the hotels and motels in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge as that was not the peaceful setting we had in mind when we bought our Gatlinburg cabin in the woods! I'm so sorry you thought your cabin was the location of the rental company office! I'm sorry you misunderstood the free tickets our rental company gives with each reservation. The gift is ONE free admission for ONE person to as many as 15 area attractions every day of your stay. One person can enjoy as many attractions everyday of their stay as they like as a gift. The gift does not cover everyone in the party's admissions to everything, everyday! I'm so sorry for your confusion and recommend you look back in your written confirmation that was emailed. I'm so sorry your ex-wife kept harassing the rental office by phone and having her friends to call our rental office trying to get us to give out the phone number and address to your cabin. It sounds like the employees did an excellent job of protecting your privacy and safety by never disclosing the location of your cabin to your former spouse!

Donita, I'm so happy you enjoyed our cabin. We definitely try to keep it well maintained and clean for our guests! Yes, I would agree the creeks here have been a little lower. We have had very little rainfall in the past few weeks, so all the creeks are down at the moment. The property across way from the creek is manicured several times a year, however, we don't own that property across the way. In Tennessee, we are unable to do any work on property unless we own it!
