THE PALMS, RESORT COASTAL GET-AWAY
Welcome to our newly updated modern coastal condo. Concrete build for a peaceful get-away. Two bedroom(each room with King bed), Queen sofa bed, 2 baths with a Beach View in Destin. NOT a JR suite, unit is larger than most units at resort (1175 sqft). Gym, lagoon pool, splash pool, heated pool, oversized hot tub and restaurant on resort. Walking distance to the beach or 5min drive to Henderson State Beach Park. Resort Trolly service available during season.

THE CONDO:
- Newly updated coastal modern condo with gulf/beach view from your balcony
-Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. 2 bedrooms, one king size bed in each room. Living room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa.
-Two bathrooms with one of the rooms that has an en-suite bathroom.
-Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops offers the possibility to prepare small snacks or entire meals. The dining table has 4 seats and two bar seat benches.
-Large Livingroom TV. We offer cable TV channels and smart TV interface, and Wifi.
-Washer and dryer in unit (located in 2nd closet as you enter the property).
-One set of bath towels for each guest is provided. Beach towels are not included.
- Gulf Beach Views sitting on the balcony which is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms.
- Microwave, dishwasher, ironing board and iron

*We do not provide laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash etc. due to risk of potential skin sensitivity or allergies

- Early check-in is not always available as it depends on the cleaning company's schedule.

Overall we had a good stay. The condo was very spacious and had plenty of room for me and my kids. The pools were great, and we especially loved the heated pool and hot tub since several of the days we were there were cold.The location and price were great for the amount of space we had. A couple things could be improved before the next stay though. The guest bedroom curtains were not installed—the rod was broken and the curtains were laying on the floor, which left the large sliding doors uncovered. It was also a little difficult to find carts for loading and unloading luggage.Aside from those things, the condo worked well for our trip and we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, which made meal prep easy. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The balcony offered a beautiful view, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. We had a wonderful day. We enjoyed having two master bedrooms. We enjoyed the beach toys provided, however we would’ve loved to have some hangers to hang up our clothes. It would’ve been nice to have a welcome Water as well since we came in late and it was hot. We would stay here again.

Great Spot

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and spacious. I would say when trying to input our streaming accounts; someone had a parental lock code that we didn't know. The owner was unaware as well. We managed because we weren't in the room the entire time. Overall I would love to stay here again.

This property was everything listed plus more. Very clean and spacious! Towels, rags, and sheets were brand new. In the kitchen it had every kitchen utensils you need to prepare your meals. It also had it own beach toys, chairs, and wagon for the kids if you didn't have your own. I loved the resort and if I ever come back I would love to stay at this same property!

Good time

Overall good experience. I enjoyed my time at the condo. Loved the facilities and the amenities. Pools were nice and convenient. Especially the heated pool. There are a few changes I would recommend. The master suite needs a new TV ASAP. The kitchen is solid and came with everything needed. I would however recommend updating the appliances in the near future. The furniture in the living room could use some tweaks as for more seating areas. I would also recommend more seating on the balcony, perhaps a table for breakfast on the balcony. I would also mention the distance from the parking garage and the condo. It was quite a hall for moving in and also for bringing in groceries. Overall good stay and condo would recommend for others...but would get more money and more visits with these improvements.
