Beautiful new home with many thoughtful amenities. We loved having access directly from the caged pool area to a bathroom. Having two King ensuites was wonderful. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, anything you would need. Very responsive with queries. Being able to use the garage was a big plus having dogs who were welcome guests. The location on the canal was like our own personal nature preserve. There is some construction in the area but a very quiet neighborhood close to loads of good restaurants too. It was a time away from the cold Nirth we really needed.

We stayed in this home from January 10- February 21 , 2026 and had an average experience overall.First, the management company deserves a full 5 stars. They were prompt, professional, and friendly at all times. It’s rare to find a team that is both organized and genuinely attentive, but they absolutely delivered.The house itself is also a solid 5 stars. It was clean upon arrival, nicely maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was tasteful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Some larger bath towels would be nice and the bed pillows were not of good quality so you may want to bring your own if you’re a sensitive sleeper. All was maintained in good and clean condition. The pool water temp was disappointing, as the heater is a heat pump system that doesn’t heat well in cooler weather. We paid for extra heat it couldn’t deliver. The management company provided a refund to make this right. Our advice is don’t pay for extra heat as the heater can’t deliver when it’s most needed.Unfortunately, the location wasn't great — 2 stars. It wasn’t as convenient to shopping, dining or attractions as hoped. It was fine for walking or biking, but nothing of interest was within range for walking. The canal gets 1 star. The water quality and canal size were not practical for fishing or kayaking. Summary: Very good house, well managed. Inconvenient location. Great if you just want to disconnect and relax by the pool.

The temperatures you experienced during your stay were truly unprecidented as 30 degrees in Southwest Florida is very uncommon. Most pools were not able to reach 80 degrees during this weather but I am glad we were able to rectify the situation for you! For our future guests, our pools have no problem reaching 88 degrees under normal circumstances. Our guests love the canal location for fishing and boating and some great nearby attactions include Cape Coral Beach, Sunsplash Family Water pack and Pine Island! We are always happy to provide recommendations for our guests looking for things to do! We hope to provide you with a 5 star stay next time and it was a pleasure hosting you!
