Located conveniently between the twin cities and being near the Midland International Air & Space Port and Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, this place has lots to offer. It is freshly renovated with new tile floor and new paint. Boasting a backyard over 2.5 acres, it is a family and pet haven! It is nested in a quiet neighborhood and the living room is really spacious to enjoy a down time with family and friends.

Guests can access the whole house including the fully fenced backyard except the following:
1- Garage which is not part of the listing.
2- Unit B & partitioned yard which is used by the owner.
