Disappointing in a nice area

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy staying at the house as much as we had hoped, and ended up leaving a day early as we didn't want to stay any longer. It wasn't ready when we arrived and we had to delay check-in for a couple of hours. Another, more serious issue, was that the bathtub upstairs was unusable for several days due to water leaking from the drain through the floor and into the bedroom below on the very first night at the house. Other, more general issues, were the overall poor condition of all the windows in the house besides those on the front, the lack of simple toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers (even though they had a dispenser), broken toilet paper roll holders, doors that wouldn't close properly or were not secured on their hinges, numerous electrical outlets and junctions boxes that were uncovered but presumed to be live with electricity, missing towel bars, poor condition of some of the ceiling fans, lack of basic kitchen supplies (such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil, ziplock bags), and the poor condition of available oven pans. We saw cockroaches several times in the kitchen at night, ants were fairly common on the kitchen counter, and fruit flies were abundant around the kitchen sink. Lastly, the treehouse in the backyard would have been fun but the structure was very poorly constructed. After our stay, the owners reached out to get our thoughts but stopped communicating once we listed our issues.
