The second two bedrooms have queen over queen bunk beds. The fourth bedroom is a family suite which features a queen bed, a queen pullout sofa, and there is also plenty of room for an air mattress or a child's pack and play.. it also has an attached bathroom.. There are four bathrooms. The master equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests can freshen up with ease. The basement bathrooms both have showers. The family suite features a large bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a place to hang in store your clothing while you stay. The living room offers an additional space with a cozy sofa for extra guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, a washing machine & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, heating & AC, iron, hair dryer, and WiFi during your stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
The home also has a boat dock on the lake as well as a fire pit, bbq grill and outdoor dining space. There are large garages that may also be available for your stay upon request.

We are a busy farm family who loves to visit the lake when we have a chance which is not very often! We purchased this home a few months ago from a friend who lost her husband who had put his heart and soul into making this the perfect getaway!! We were glad we could make the purchase and continue making family memories as we know that would have been his wishes!! We truly love hearing others stories of the memories they get to make at our lake home!!

Why they chose this property

The home is located back in the cove right out on the lake and is very quiet and private however it is just a 2 minute drive or bike or boat ride to the marina, Nautical Rose, and prices rentals. The home has a dock for visitors to fish off of or launch their boat from.

What makes this property unique

Our home features three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It is fully set up with anything a family could need! The home was newly built in 2020 and started as a vacation rental in 2021.
