Grossly Misrepresented – Unsafe & Unsanitary ConditionsWe booked this home expecting a luxury experience based on the listing. What we walked into was the opposite.Upon arrival, the property was dirty, unsanitary, and in multiple ways unsafe to occupy. This was not a minor housekeeping issue—it was a complete breakdown of basic standards. We encountered:•Dirty dishes left in the sink and dishwasher•Food crumbs and sticky residue on countertops•Rotten food left out and old food in the refrigerator•Dirty floors throughout the home•Beds made with visibly dirty sheets•Dirty laundry left on the floor•Toilets that were dirty and unflushed•Bathroom sinks and counters covered in grime•Hair and roaches in the shower drain, along with multiple dead roaches in the home•A knife hidden in the sofa (serious safety hazard)•Black mold under the kitchen sink•Broken washing machine and non-functional dishwasher•Towels that appeared used and did not properly dry•Broken glasswareThis property was not habitable in its condition at check-in. The listing is materially misleading and does not reflect the reality of the home.I have full photo and video documentation of all conditions described.
