District Flats will put you right downtown close to shops, restaurants, the courthouse and the riverfront. Stylishly and fully furnished. This nicely decorated studio-style apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, recliner, large-screen TV, queen-sized bed, nice sized bathroom, closet and a huge glass-door shower! It is a part of the District Flats community that features a beautiful courtyard/green space, a full exercise room with cardio and free weights and beautiful common areas including a grand lobby, reading libraries, an internet café/common area living room, EV charging stations and more.
