Comfortable Stay - Spacious House - Near Columbus GA

We enjoyed staying in this house during the week we visited family in Columbus. We appreciated the game room in the garage, the back porch, and all of the space in the house so we could relax when returning for the day. The host was also super responsive.

Disgusting, Nasty and stinky! This house should not be listed for anything. The kitchen, the furniture, the bathrooms and the 2 appliances that they had to offer needs to be thrown away! There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a house that slept 10. 1 roll of paper towels and has roaches. We contacted the host "April" who said she would have house keeping come and put out more, but it wasn't until the next day that that happened, so we had to go to the store to buy basic toiletries and cleaning supplies just to be able to stay there. The beds had no linens and had plastic on the mattress so everytime you move the bed sounded like crumbled paper. The towels smelled of mildew, so she had walmart to deliver 4 face towels and 4 big towels for a house that sleeps 10. The walls and doors are filthy, the dryer handle is a zip tie and the floor boards look as if they have never been cleaned. If I could post a photo gallery of this house I would. The cleaning fee needs to be refunded because we HAD to clean just to stay there! Absolutely unacceptable on every level. Arbo should be ashamed to allow this listing. There is so much more to be said but not enough space!

Great place to hang with the family.

Our son is at Ft Moore and had the weekend off. The nice giant sectional in this place was awesome. We had 7 people on it watching movies. Kitchen was well stocked with gear and the game room was cool.

Almost perfect for our needs

We had 7 adults who traveled to Columbus for a funeral.Pros: The house is centrally located for most of Columbus and Phenix City (at least for everywhere we needed to go). The host is responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The large sectional was comfortable and was able to accommodate all 7 of us. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.Cons: The twin beds were not sturdy enough for adults. One had been broken before we arrived. It was easy and there was plenty of room to put the mattresses on the floor. The only coffee in the house was instant and there was no dishwasher detergent. I hesitate to write that as a con because it wasn't a problem to pick up both, but I expected an initial supply of both. We were not able to control the thermostat. At times we were either too cold or too warm but not to the point that we needed to contact the host. My guess is that the host would have adjusted the temp but since it was manageable, we did not ask. We had other family stay in Columbus at our second choice VRBO and we had a much better experience than they did. I hope this reads as a positive review because the cons were minor for us. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en ésta casa. Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso, limpieza impecable, extremadamente cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Absolutamente una excelente anfitriona, muy atenta y complaciente. Respondio nuestros mensajes rápidamente. Definitivamente, nos quedariamos nuevamente y la recomendamos!!!!!!!!
