Absolutely Perfect!

Wonderful weekend and anniversary to remember. Everything we needed was provided. Bonuses included privacy, cows, fire pit, outdoor shower, pool and hot-tub. Highly recommend for a romantic get-away.

Great Family Getaway

We had an amazing time! We bbq’d and played in the pool and hot tub. The host told us about the local feed store, so we went into town and got some cubes for the cows. The kids had a blast feeding the cows! It was comfortable for the number of people we had and a great getaway to the country.

The description was a little misleading. Its an old garage or something converted into a little house. The ac in the 2single bed bedrooms basically didnt work. We enjoyed it overall and the quietness.

7Js Western Waco Club

Had a good stay. It appears to have been a barn or garage at one time and converted into living quarters. The interior was very clean. We had some very minor issues and addressed them with the owner. Enjoyed feeding the cows with Cattle Cubes purchased at the Watsons Feed Store. The pool and hot tub are shared with the VRBO House on the property. Fortunately, it was not rented during our weekend. Overall, a good stay and fit our needs for the weekend. Would stay there again.

Exploring Waco-Spring Break 2025

Me and my family arrived on Wednesday afternoon to the 7Js Waco Western Club. My children immediately fell in love with the environment Due to the weather we were unable to use the pool but it looked great. We were able to take a dip in the hot tub and it was so refreshing. The next morning we were able to feed the owners cattle from behind the gate This was very memorable for me and my family as we don’t have the ability to do anything like this in the city. Amenities were great, climate control in the home was good. Overall I would definitely recommend and hope to be back again soon.
