Swiss Mountain 3-bedroom condo with a pull out Queen sofa in the loft area in Champion, PA, offers a cozy alpine retreat just minutes from the popular Seven Springs Resort. Nestled in a tranquil, wooded setting, the condo boasts charming Swiss-inspired architecture with a modern touch. Inside, the open floor plan includes a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, large windows, and sliding doors that lead to a private deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ideal for preparing meals after a day of skiing, hiking, or golfing. Each bedroom offers new (2024) comfortable beds, with the second floor master and guest bedrooms featuring an en-suite bathroom. The loft includes a Queen sleeper pull out couch bought new in 2024. Bedding, couches, chairs, flooring, appliances, and paint were redone in January of 2024. Enjoy amenities such as a heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts (weather permitting), and shuttle services every 15 minutes to Seven Springs, making it a perfect getaway for adventure lovers and those seeking relaxation alike. So put on your ski boots, put on the helmet and jump on the bus down to the slopes!

Community Access: Tennis courts, free shuttle to the ski/summer resort, mountain coaster, zip line/canopy tours, clay shooting, bowling alley, pizza shop, day spa (check out the Seven Springs Resort for details).

Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking basics, dish ware & flatware, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans/baking sheets, microwave, toaster, spices, trash bags, paper towels.

Indoor: WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, towels, linens, hair dryers, air conditioner (Master Bedroom only), ceiling fan, complimentary toiletries, hangers, iron/board.

Great Place for a 7 Springs Vacation

This place was very clean, well stocked and really well suited for our ski trip. The shuttle is very convenient to get to the mountain and the owners were very responsive. The unit was well maintained, provided soaps and shampoos , plenty of towels and beddings etc. The only small downside and this was a very small downside, was that we weren't allowed to use the fire place due to insurance and condo rules which is understandable.

Good value, great location for 7 Springs

The host, Dan, is quick and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and everything was as advertised. There were lots of clean towels laid out and plenty of free travel size soaps, shampoos, etc. The living space is comfortable, with nice leather furniture and a high quality TV. The WiFi internet was fast and reliable.There are two bedrooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms. Overall, it was more spacious than we anticipated, and it worked well for our two families with 4 young children - 2 sleeping on air mattresses in addition to the 2 twin beds in the third bedroom on the main level.The shuttle bus stop is very close by and it reliably comes every 10-15 minutes throughout the day. It was easy to walk in ski boots from the condo to the bus stop.
