Serenity at Cypress Dunes is located in the quiet gated community Cypress Dunes. It is located on Scenic Hwy 30A with resort style amenities. It is nestled between Topsail State National Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

Our 3 story home is in a very quiet community even during the busy times in Santa Rosa Beach. We have resort style amenities that include an infinite pool overlooking the ocean, a fitness center, and tennis/pickleball courts.
