Incredible outdoor space complete with fire pit, chairs, 3 park benches and private fenced yard. Decorated by a renown interior designers with the charm of a wine bistro. Two private bedrooms. Across the street from railroad tracks. Large lot with plenty of parking and space.

No coffee or machine was available. No response when I asked about it. Was not aware of trains just feet from the property and heard 4 different trains during sleeping hours with horns roaring through the house.

This house needs a good dusting. Every time I opened the oven, the fire alarm was activated. Something is wrong with the water flow in the kitchen sink. The sofas are blistering in the back. The air conditioner is not very strong.

Filthy Property

When we arrived this property was filthy. Food on counters, sand everywhere- tables, floor, beds, black mildew on a clothes hamper in the bedroom, hair in bathroom sink and feces in the toilet. The place looked like it had not been touched by a cleamer and smelled worse. My party refused to stay and the property owner is denying my refund request. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a rental...ever. BEWARE!!
