Thank you so much for your incredibly sweet words! We are so thrilled to hear that you had such an amazing time and felt so at home.
It warms our hearts to know that you enjoyed all the little details we've put into the place. We believe that a good cappuccino with a beautiful view is one of life's best simple pleasures, and we're so glad you were able to enjoy that!
Most importantly, we were so happy to welcome your furry family member. It was a joy to host all of you, and we truly hope you'll come back to make more memories soon!
Talon was an excellent host. He addressed a few minor issues immediately. The house is set up well for multiple families to stay there. The house is stocked above and beyond with just about anything you would need while staying there. Navigating the driveway to the house is a bit challenging due to the steep incline and ruts but it is doable. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay and I would not hesitate to recommend staying there.
We had a great time staying at this property, so much that we had plans to go places but we were so comfortable that we didn't go out much, it's just so calm and quiet that you can sit at the balcony with a cup of coffee by the fire and enjoy the views, my wife, kids and myself did just that everyday at sunset...this place has literally everything you need in every room especially the kitchen, from cookware to even a popcorn machine, big smart TV's in every room, bathrooms also had every essential item needed. There's absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place, reading some previous comments I read about the entrance being too steep and eventhough I respect everybody's opinion trust me it's not that bad at all, we drove a 2 wheel drive ford expedition and it went up there with no problems at all eventhough there was some ice and snow on the hill....Overall it was a wonderful experience and my family loved it, We definitely recommend.
This house was gorgeous and perfect for our family of four. There is definitely room for a family with more kids or grandparents upstairs and family downstairs but we enjoyed the extra space. Thoughtful touches like snacks in the kitchen for us, and the kids loved the under stairs nook with the video games. The views were amazing- I could spend all day on the deck or in the living room! The house was clean, beds were comfy and it really couldn’t have been better. Despite it being summer I really wouldn’t have wanted to stay here without four wheel drive- the driveway is a bit scary and steep and all gravel- so if you are renting a car from the airport I encourage you to do 4 wheel drive! If we ever go back I’d love to stay here again!
The location of the home is very good - its high up on a mountain with spectacular views from the back patio, which has an awesome gas firepit and huge gas grill and a sauna! We used the sauna each morning and then enjoyed coffee on the patio. The inside of the home is decorated perfectly and beautifully. There is an amazing kitchen with everything needed for cooking, there is even a coffee area to make lattes, espressos and other drinks. Everything is provided and we definitely used it - thank you b/c its great to sip a hot coffee on a crisp morning out on the patio. The beds are very comfortable and everything is provided for the bathroom. Plenty of tp, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, etc.All of the TV’s are smart tv’s and work perfectly. The movie room in the basement has surround sound and comfortable seating, which we enjoyed. The owner was easy to communicate with via text.Overall this is a 5 star home and we will stay again. We were 6 adults and one small dog. Two of the adults are in their 80’s and had a great time. There are no stairs on the first floor which they were able to stay in the upstairs bedroom which has its own huge bathroom. We all had a great time - thank you!!We visited Cripple Creek, Co for Donkey Derby Days, so much fun.
