Very walkable- 10 minute walk to Grand Ave Park and pedestrian bridge and waterfront. 10 min walk to downtown Everett, Angel of the Winds Arena Event Center, lots of restaurant & bar options. 2 bed, 1.5 baths w/newly renovated kitchen w/gas cooking. New 1/2 bath on the main floor. Large dining area for entertaining. Both bedrooms are upstairs -full bath with a tub/shower combo. Fully fenced back yard with 2 off street parking stalls.
