Clean, new duplex with washer and dryer. Sonny helpfully pointed out the listing for the other half of the duplex, which worked better with our dates. Driveway was salted and plowed after a significant snow. Would happily stay here again.

Clean, well-stocked and great space

Stayed with two kids and two adults and everyone had their own rooms. Everything was clean and well organized and the home is very well stocked. Would love to stay again when we are in town.

The home was set up very well. Clean, all materials needed were there, everything was labeled making navigating the home easy and when I didn't know how to lock the home when leaving I messaged the owner and he responded immediately. Two weeks in Boston area

Our family stayed for two weeks at this townhome. It was spacious and so clean! Check-in was easy and the driveway had plenty of room for parking. We appreciated the soft towels and extra blankets. Thank you!!

Awesome Property

Sonny's property was perfect for our trip. The home was as clean as could be, had everything you could need for a four day trip, and the neighborhood (and surrounding area) are beautiful. Not to mention, Sonny was a great host, with clear instructions and great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering Place

We have family in the area and this property was a convenient family friendly place for us to stay. It’s close to the highway to get us anywhere we wanted to go. The property is very clean and well organized. It’s a quiet neighborhood but nearby stores and restaurants. Sonny was very accommodating and hopped right onto an issue we had with air conditioning. It was fixed ASAP. We would definitely book again when we visit our family in the area.

Excellent property! If I could give it 10 stars I would! It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. Not a speck of dust anywhere. It’s new and modern as the listing states. It’s in a great area, too. Nice and safe. There are thoughtful touches all over, like the light switches and kitchen drawers are labeled and even the floor vents have screens on them so you can’t drop anything in them. There are nightlights in every room. There are plenty of towels, coffee, ice in the freezer and plenty of toilet paper. Very nice place!

The town is clean and safe and close to a lot of tourist spot. I have lived in this neighborhood since 2014 and I love it! Here is where you find beautiful peaceful environment and if a need a feel for city life is just within reach. I hope you will enjoy the time here and make every moment a Kodak moment.

Why they chose this property

This location is within reach to all the hot spot in New England has to offer. Home is on route 1 so traveling is very easy to get to all your bucket list travel site. Gillette Stadium is within minutes. Norwood is the bridge between Rhonde Island to Boston.

What makes this property unique

Home is just newly built in 2024. Modernize design, with plenty of plug in outlets and high speed internet with a 1G data Fios for entertainment or work. Family can enjoy cooking a home or you can walk across to the street to a huge outdoor mall with plenty of shops and restaurants near by without the need ton drive is that close! We are located right on route 1 and 12-15 minute away from Gillette stadium. We are also close to Wrentham premium outlets and Dedham legacy Mall and theater. Norwood is unique location that serve as a bridge between Boston and Rhode Island 25 minute a part from either direction.
