The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip the beds. Please place all used towels in the hallway bathtub. If you used any linens under the couch ottoman please place those in the bathtub also. Thank you.
Backyard Instructions: If you used the grill please leave it clean for the next guest. Once grill is cool please replace the cover. Please put the cover over the outdoor furniture
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must be listed on the reservation (including children) No visitors, unregistered or 3rd party guests or unregistered pets.
Quiet time 10:30PM-8:30AM. Check out time no later than 11:00 AM. Late checkout fee of $75.00 upon approval. This does not extend your reservation.

We enjoy the feeling of being at home with our family so we make sure our guests experience a comfortable clean home with everything they need to relax, from family game or movie night, beach towels and fully stocked kitchen to a Pit Boss Pellet grill smoker in the private fenced backyard.
Newly furnished and fully stocked all your needs are cared for. Dishwasher and Washer and dryer included with laundry soaps.

This is a quiet newly built neighborhood centrally located in the RGV in the quiet town of La Feria with easy access to the expressway (between Harlingen and Mercedes and 1 hr from South Padre Island). Premium Outlets only 6 miles away for fun shopping experiences!
In the evenings you often see families walking around the neighborhood and playing with their kids. It's close enough for easy access to the expressway without the traffic noise. We love this location!
