A peaceful setting on a beautiful private lake makes this house a hidden gem . The smaller of our two guest houses this home offers the ultimate in privacy and tranquility. French doors from both the bedroom and sitting room open onto a private patio overlooking a lake and beautiful woodlands. Deer, turkey and a large variety of waterfowl are constant visitors to this little corner of paradise. Enjoy coffee every morning in your private corner with nature.

Great weekend, beautiful property

Great host, available anytime if needed. This is a beautiful property, very private get away, and short drive to oxford. I would recommend to anyone. We can't wait to stay again for the next game weekend we make.

Second stay just as good as the first

When hotel room prices go crazy for sec home games this is a great alternative. It’s relaxing and nice. The owners are great and very responsive. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely fabulous!

This place to stay is absolutely the best ever. A great place to relax and have privacy and let your dogs go swimming and enjoy your day and evening. I recommend this place I’d give it a more than five star rating and we will come back again. The owner was fantastic to deal with she is there at your convenience and anytime you need her. If you’re looking for a place please don’t hesitate to try this one because you will go back! Thanks for everything you did Alex!

Perfect for Ole Miss games. The property manager was able to find us a ride to the Grove and then we got picked up after the game. It was wonderful! Definitely a hidden gem.

The view

Gorgeous property - Cool Water Farm. Alexandra was extremely helpful- as we were late in booking our stay for the Aggie vs Ole Miss game and we needed a place rest our heads…….. she found a private driver for us to help make the 30 min commute to campus in Oxford easier and so we did not have to deal with parking. The cabin was just as pictured and bed was comfortable. If you are looking for solitude and rest- this is IT!

Beautiful and relaxing

We found this property to be very comfortable and relaxing. It was exactly as we expected from the photos and description. It’s in a very beautiful rural setting, very private, and very peaceful. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. It would be a great place for a relaxing weekend getaway and we would happily stay here again.

Wonderful place

My girlfriend and I wanted to take our dog on a weekend getaway to Relax. This place was perfect! Our dog got to run around off leash And we were able to relax and have some fun fishing in the many private lakes. Planning on returning soon!

Absolute Paradise!

This property is such a hidden gem and is exactly what we were looking for. Completely private house on a gorgeous pond. The entire property is hundreds of acres and absolutely stunning. The mile long drive from the front gate to the house is so picturesque, like looking at a post card! We had such a wonderful time just relaxing and enjoying paradise, while our yellow lab ran around and splashed in the pond. We loved it so much, we booked another stay a month later (and we are actually writing this review during our second stay!) . This place is not to be missed, and we are already looking to book our third visit. Alex, our host, is extremely responsive and makes sure we have everything we need. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Absolutely beautiful park like property and wonderful cabins to call home. Martin (my dog) and I took many walks on the miles of trails and enjoyed dinner on the porch.

What a gem!

We booked last minute for son’s graduation from Ole Miss. First, we were lucky to book due to a last minute cancellation. Upon arrival we realized this is a destination, not just a convenient place to stay. The property is private and just enough distance from the chaos! Sit under the stars, throw a line in the pond and grill on the back patio. These are our plans for our next visit to this hidden gem!
