We are located within a 5 minute drive to the Greensboro Coliseum for concerts & Broadway shows at the Tanger Center downtown within a six minute drive. Feel free to walk within 7 minutes to Whole Foods with tons of restaurants & lots of retail stores. We have an amazing yard that is fenced in if you decide you would like to bring your fur baby. Please see pet details ($175 for each dog for their stay) Better than leaving them at home right? This home is in a highly coveted established neighborhood where residents are respectful & friendly. We welcome guest for long term stays with a lease or short term stays as well. We love our mindful, respectful guests.

Our property has a gorgeous yard, and the inside of our house is not boring either. Don’t expect 2026 trendy stuff. We are an original 1942 plus 2026 added in the mix. Very eclectic!
