Surprisingly quiet for its’ downtown location, this lodging presents a treetop view of nearby Observation Mountain in Grand Forks and is located near the junction of the Granby and Kettle rivers. It's an easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants, quaint shops, a medi spa and a movie theatre. The address represents the front of the building but the suite is located at the back of the building on the alley way. There is an abundance of nearby hiking and mountain biking, combined with river floating and swimming. This plus, the short 15 minute drive to Christina Lake, makes it the perfect vacation spot.
The suite has a keyless entry system. Just enter the 6 digit code provided and the door should unlock automatically.
The suite is perfectly climate-controlled, with a natural gas fireplace and a heat-cool mini-split to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There's also a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. This suite can be booked in conjunction with the adjacent Vintage Charm suite to add another bedroom and bathroom. There is an adjoining soundproof door between the suites that can optionally be left unlocked if you reserve both suites. Depending on availability, early check-ins or late check-outs may be requested for a small fee.

Amazing condo that truly has everything you need while away from home. It was more than spacious enough for the three of us (my wife, teenage son, and me), and I believe it would comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The location is very convenient - right in the charming downtown area of Grand Forks, BC, with cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. We stayed for a week and used the condo as a base to explore nearby spots like Christina Lake (just a 15 minute drive) and Osoyoos (about 90 minutes away).Jan and Dan were excellent hosts, very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests or questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
