Brand New Luxe 4BR Turtle Bay Condo: Pools & Golf

Aloha! Welcome to Royal Turtle Palms, our fully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in Kuilima Estates West at Turtle Bay, the largest model available. Enjoy Fazio Golf Course views, split A/C, a fully stocked kitchen, and room for up to 10 guests.

Included with your stay: the Kuilima Estates community's three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, plus beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas, and toys).

Please note: Turtle Bay Resort next door is a separate hotel. Its pools, spa, beach chairs, and cabanas are for hotel guests and are not included with your stay. The resort fitness center may be available for a separate fee paid directly to the resort. The resort's restaurants, beaches, and trails are open to the public and a short walk away.

Parking: free parking for two vehicles, with one assigned stall (#47) plus one guest pass for any marked GUEST spot. Only two passes are issued per condo; a third vehicle can park at the Turtle Bay Resort hotel lot.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Stay in Turtle Bay Condos

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped for a comfortable stay and had many nice amenities. The owner clearly communicated all instructions. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Family getaway

This place was beautiful and equipped with supplies, including boogie boards and beach chairs. The Turtle bay property is beautiful. We enjoyed walking all of the trails and beaches. Everything is easy to get to.

Nice Property !

We stayed 4 nights, it’s a nicely renovated unit. Host was great at communicating. Pool and beach was very close by. One mention is when in the living room can hear the neighboring apartment beside/ above at times. Would stay again for sure !

Wonderful Vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely little home!!! Loved that it was in Turtle Bay and had its own little private beach through the golf course. Beach Was like heaven on earth. It was only a couple of days but I really enjoyed it here and loved the sunsets. The house was cozy we were really comfortable and it felt like home away from home. Kitchen had what we needed to be able to prepare meals. Hope to be back to spend a little more time in Turtle bay and north shore since we love it so much.
