PLEASE NOTE:
"The Mahana" Resort will be replacing the roof of the Molokai Building starting in April, 2025. Limited noise is expected, however hot water will be shut down periodically for up to 4 hours, 4 days per week (construction hours) during certain phases of work. During the construction, we will offer guests an additional 15% discount on standard rates which is included in our current pricing. The construction is scheduled to end between August and September 2025."

a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
