A dinning room chair had a broken frame, the 2 king beds both had broken bed frames and the headboard would lean in when the beds were sat in, there was not sufficient wash cloths for a group of six as the unit was listed as, there was a microwave on the counter but no mention that the installed microwave was not installed properly and was only for show, artwork was hung by a single nail and kept falling off the wall, the "parking" at the rear was often taken by other vehicles, there are no visible numbers on the rear of thw unit to display the address
Great stay! Overall easy to get to and located fairly close to most attractions, by car, not walking distance to downtown or other attractions.

While the images posted online do represent the furniture what they don't show is the broken picture frame, gouges in the sheetrock, broken toilet paper holder, shower head that is so high on the wall that you can't get to it to adjust without a step stool, the toilet that is sitting somewhat sideways, unpainted or paint scraped off the wall, the dirty hand smudges all over the walls, the buildup of dust and dirt on the blinds and air duct intakes, the garbage bags along the fence you have to walk by each time you come and go from your vehicle and the construction debris at the back of the property, pathway lighting that doesn't work so you have to stumble through the gravel at night. What more could you want for a getaway property......Who represents this as a rentable property???
Absolutely the best place to stay for a girls trip!! We stayed 4 nights and had no issues at all! This is the best place I’ve stayed in all my traveling experiences!
My cousin and I brought our 3 children (5,6,7) to Nashville for the weekend and stayed here. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We had no problem getting in. The parking was not the best, due to the construction out back with a lot of large holes but we managed.
Beautiful and newly renovated! Property is exactly as pictured. Great location. About one mile from downtown and close to all the fabulous Germantown restaurants. Quiet residential neighborhood. Parking and entrance in back. Beds were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Highly recommend and would stay again.
The property was clean and had all amenities needed. Had a small issue getting into the property. The property management team was quick to respond, and the issue was addressed in minutes. It is a little bit of a walk to downtown.

Awesome stay-large and clean in a nice neighborhood
This place was actually fantastic and I truly mean it. We had 7 guys aged 25-ish and you don’t realize how much you appreciate having extra space in the common areas until you have it. The place was a cheap Uber to downtown and in a nice neighborhood. Two balconies. The property manager also texted me condensed check-in and check-out info too which was nice to not dig through my email to find the door code or something. Also responded to any of my questions in under 3 minutes which was cool. 5 stars i mean it, would book the same spot if i came back
The house was brand new so everything was super modern and clean. My only complaint was that there was no sidewalk to get from the front apartment to our rented one on the backside of the building. Walking through the grass and construction stone to get to our door made it a little confusing to find the door.

Cleanliness
When we arrived I cleaned all door handles, they were filthy. I wiped down the kitchen counters and spot cleaned the sofa. The closet off the master was dirty, I had to clean them before we put clothes in. There was still receipts and some coins on the shelf. The toilet in the ensuite rocks. The first light switch at the door controls the living room light in the bottom unit. There is only gravel down the side of the house and no lights. Lots of fun getting luggage in and coming back when it's dark. Decor and layout are great.
Overall, accommodations were nice for 3 woman on a girls trip. We did have a few surprises and recommendations for the owners.
- please note that the unit is upstairs and on the back side of the property. The entrance was a little confusing with the construction on the back side. A lot of garbage near the entrance of construction. The vent in the unit needs cleaned. We couldn’t find the thermostat until the last day - it’s hidden behind the TV. Could use tissue and coasters in the unit and a lock on the upstairs door entrance. We discovered that for the first 2 nights of our stay, the bottom unit was unlocked and had full access to ours, if they had known. That was a bit freaky! An upstairs lock would make it feel a lot safer. The fire alarm went off while the cleaning crew was in the downstairs unit while we were there on our last day. The property management was prompt in getting back to me but there was no reason on why it happened. Overall, we had a great trip, the location was good - short Uber to Broadway, nice unit, but there are a few things the unit needs to improve on.
It’s obvious that most of the investors are buying up properties in this area. It is a low income community that they are tearing down homes and rebuilding condos. The next-door neighbor warned us that they just had break-ins into their cars and that we needed to watch our stuff. Our condo was located in the back alley for access. When I arrive there was no addressed on the location that I was staying at and it took me a while to understand that I had to walk around the building and still no address on the building to let me know which one was mine. A bit scary when the area is a bit shady. You will have to carry your suitcases from the dirt road up to the entrance door and then up some stairs. The condo is actually nice it’s ideal for three couples or up to five people. Make sure that you bring an iron if you have to iron your clothes it was the only thing that I would’ve liked to see available on the property. Also cleaning rags for wiping down the counters in the kitchen if you plan on cooking. We had a concert to attend to on Saturday and downstairs they were doing some work in the condo below and we lost power. Half of the condo had no power and neither did the bathrooms. We did call the property management and they came out to inspect and left without telling us anything. As we were trying to get ready for the concert we waited 45 minutes and finally called VRBO and we were advise Property Management was waiting on electrician. When the electrician showed up he was able to get the electricity on immediately. However when he left, One of the people in our parties want to take a shower and we lost all power in the house. She ended up having to try and take a cold shower with one of our lights from our phones on so that she can finish. We contacted the property management they came back out and were able to get the electricity on again. We went about 12 hours with electricity issues. After that we had no issues with the power. Overall if you were OK with theLocation be in in a low income area then this is a great location to downtown Broadway. It only took us about 7 minutes by Lyft or Uber to get down there. For as much as I spent I would’ve expected a little bit more. The condo is nice but I think I could’ve been in a better neighborhood and probably spend about as much. Certainly I would recommend going to the local stores in that area.
The condo was nice. The initial check-in email wasn’t sent so we didn’t have the code when we arrived.. however they responded quickly and got us into the condo. Unfortunately, it was the one below the one that we had reserved. Both king-size rooms were fine, but the spare bedroom with bunk bed was a metal frame and uncomfortable. The top bed bunk had a mattress that was the same size as the safety railing so not usable. No address label for B condo. Landscaping not finished so couldn’t get into the backyard easily to reach the front entrance. Sketchy Neighborhood and not close walk to downtown. Ubers were 50 bucks one way.
