the host was very communicative & helpful from the jump! i had no issues getting in & leaving in & out but if you dont do your research on where this place is exactly you wouldnt know it is smack in the middle of the hood. if i was traveling alone as a woman i would be definitely a little nervous. also, the bed, sheets/ blankets & pillows that are provided were just okay, i was always sweating at night & the air didnt go lower then 68 so i had to just deal with it. the pillow seemed like those pillows you put on your bed with your actual pillow to make your bed look fancy & nice but not that great for sleeping on. overall though the house was pretty nice & a lot of streaming sites were already logged into.

Thank you for noting our communication and smooth check-in. The property’s exact location is clearly shown on the listing map and described accurately before booking, and many guests — including solo travelers — stay without issue. The home is fully fenced, well-lit, and monitored. The AC and bedding function as intended and meet standard hospitality guidelines, though comfort preferences vary. We’re glad you still found the home nice and enjoyed the amenities provided.

Home was excellent for me, my partner and 3 kids. All the TVs worked great. Internet service was on point. Only critique I'd have is the water pressure. Plus every time my partner or the connected apartment turned a faucet on the water pressure went down 80%. Also the mattresses are a bit firm for my taste. Laundry was excellent. & Kitchen has mostly everything only thing missing was a baking sheet or some kind of pan but i just went to the dollar store and bought an aluminum one. I stayed for 11 days because I was recovering from a tummy tuck that I got in coral springs (about 25 minutes away) and it was the perfect house to recover in. The bed was the perfect hight and the shower has a great low-entrance to get in and out of. Over all the place was fantastic. My kids loved the pac man gaming system and the candy machine. I only took 1 star off because the connecting apartment in the back kept messing up my shower every single time. Which is frustrating when your recovering and just trying to get clean as fast as possible so you can go back to resting . 4 Star . I'd definitely book again if i was in the area. I loved that the dollar store was walkable so my 'husband could easily buy whatever we needed since we experienced some car trouble. & there was also multiple mechanics around to choose from where we got our car fixed. The area might be a little hood for some peoples liking but it was good for me and my family. Not to different from NYC hoods. Overall, great stay

We're glad the home worked well for your recovery and that your family enjoyed their stay. We appreciate the feedback regarding water pressure and will look into it, and we'd be happy to host you again in the future.
