Spacious 5th floor unit recently upgraded to have a king bed in the guest bedroom. The living room furniture including 47' flat panel television with HD-DVR. Don't miss your favorite shows while out at dinner or lounging on the beach, simply record them and watch them at your convenience.

This unit boasts over 1370 sq. ft. of living area with a large master bedroom that offers a spectacular ocean front view. Let the king size bed consume you and wake up refreshed as you pamper yourself in the oversized walk-in shower with double heads. A king bed is also provided in the second bedroom with all the comforts of home. A sleeper sofa and bunk closet round out the sleeping arrangement providing bedding for four more guests.

NO NEED TO WAIT ON ELEVATORS! This unit has a reserved parking spot located on the second ramp of the garage. However you can skip the loading and unloading via the elevators by parking in an unmarked spot on the fifth floor of the parking deck and walk straight into the unit.

Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is just down the street. Order a pizza from Shore Shack Pizza across the street. Walk to Patches Pub for local color.

Notable attractions including Pier Park are just minutes away. Take Thomas Drive to Back Beach Road (98) or Middle Beach Rd (Hutchinson Blvd).

Treasure Island is away from all the heavy traffic areas. If you have ever been to PCB during the peak time you know how traffic can come to a grinding halt on Front Beach Road. Thomas Drive is peaceful and if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The high rise itself is relatively new, having been constructed in 2005. Cap this all off with a large balcony with a spectacular view. Book today and enjoy spacious accommodations with plenty of amenities.

The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Treasure Island. Additional damage protection can be purchased through VRBO. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony. No pets are allowed.

We have been coming to Treasure Island for 10 plus years. This was the first year staying in this condo. The condo was well furnished and very nice and clean. It was also very nice to receive a text from owner to be able to check in early. Overall loved the condo!

Just what we needed

The condo was clean, well stocked and easily accessible for unloading and loading. The facility is clean and well run. The area has many choices of great restaurants. We loved the quiet area of the lower lagoon. Gerry was incredibly nice to work with and helped us out if a pinch. Many thanks for a great vacation!

Fantastic on the Fifth Floor

We had a wonderful stay. LOVED the fifth floor - as we have always stayed on the upper floors. The amenity of included beach chairs was also a plus. We ended up not using the assigned parking space, as there was always a handicapped space on the fifth level. Everything in the unit was great!

Great condo with all amenities

Great location, fantastic views, we enjoyed our stay very much. Property manager was super responsive regarding any questions. Condo was well equipped with everything you need (trash bags, paper towels, scrub brushes, scissors, knives, crock pot, laundry soap), all those things no one wants to go shop for or bring with them. One thing, the registration info was out of date. It’s $35 to register when you check in, not $20. I would still rate this as 5*, highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful as always

This is the second time that we have stayed in room 502 and as long as that room is available that is were we will stay. Kitchen is full of pots and pans plenty towels everything you need. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of seating on balcony. I have never had a complaint with anything. If you have a question the owner is very quick to respond love,love love Treasure Island.

My family & I had a wonderful stay in this unit! The unit was clean & the kitchen had almost everything you would need to make a simple meal. I appreciate the cleaning supplies, extra towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. that were in the unit. We had no major problems to come up, so I never had to contact anyone during our stay. Just a couple of minor complaints are that the mattress in the master bedroom slopes down & the toilet in the master bedroom had some flushing issues. However, when my husband took the top off & made the plunger go down, the tank would fill up.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We just returned from staying 6 nights in this condo and we had a wonderful time! We had myself and 4 teenagers in our group and had plenty of room. This condo could easily sleep 8 people. It is beautifully decorated with lots of little whimsacal touches throughout. The kitchen is very roomy and updated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo has amazing views from the livingroom and master bedroom. The balcony is huge and very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony relaxing and taking in the gogeous beach views. The owner was great! They've thought of everything, from extra pillows and blankets to an ironing board to blow dryers. I called twice with minor concerns and was able to reach him with no problem. He was very nice and helpful. He really goes out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable and problem-free. This is a great condo to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Great condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! I loved the large balcony! It felt like you were right on the water. I am a cook and found they had everything I needed to make some great meals. I would only add a couple smaller sauce type pans but was able to make do with what was there. There were plenty of utensils. The chair service was nice. Once you get your chairs they are yours for the week so you want to reserve them once you get to the condo to make sure there are some available. We liked they had vending machines on the first floor too. There was also a nice poolside small store that had food items and drinks. They had a frozen mango drink in there that was amazing! The pool was warm and clean and big too. I don’t like hot tubs but my friends do and said it was a great one. I also used the gas grills on the third floor. They were big and clean. There was plenty of space in the condo and it was clean and well maintained. The only negative I would even give is the beds were a stiffer memory foam. I prefer more of a medium softness. Even with that every things else was so good I would definitely stay here again. Also owners were very easy to work with and checked in to make sure everything was good for us. One of our favorite vacations!

I love great first impressions, and this unit did not disappoint! Opening the door for the first time, I was blown away by the size of this unit. It was very clean. The kitchen was so nice and well stocked with quality items. The master bedroom was spacious and had a very comfortable bed (we didn't use the second bedroom). The balcony was our favorite. It was deep and well furnished with a million dollar view. The location of Treasure Island is perfect. St. Andrews State Park is a favorite of ours and is within walking distance. We went every day to feed the raccoons and deer and we fished and even snorkeled one day (didn't last long, November ocean is cold!) I am usually leery of a large condo complex, but this place changed my mind. They have a live-in policeman and security is visible. The office staff was so sweet when we went to get our parking pass. Luggage carts were always available. It was November, but the pool was heated - such a nice surprise! No complaints about the complex at all. I saved the best for last: The owner Gerry treated me like a valued customer. He went out of his way to help make my stay problem free. I have always appreciated feeling appreciated and that is exactly how Gerry made me feel. It was my 57th birthday week and his attitude was truly a gift. Thanks Gerry! You know we will be back!

First Time here. Was a Great Family Vacation!

Overall great experience! Room was clean and much bigger than expected. Used the grills on the 3rd floor 2 nights and walked to dinner another night. A quick drive some other nice places. The Beach service was great. Didn’t have to worry about reserving a spot every morning. Didn’t use the pool that much. We would definitely come back and talking to other repeat guest. This is best location at Panama City beach

We stayed in a unit on the 5th floor - it was so convenient being able to park and walk right in to the condo! The property was well maintained and all staff were friendly and courteous. Treasure Island is an excellent choice if coming to the beach!
