The house was as advertised. Great, quiet location. Unfortunately when you open the door there was a distinct moldy smell. Although the housekeepers had just left, the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. The floors were dirty, the showers were dirty, there was waste left in the kitchen sink, the glass table in the sun room hadn't been cleaned, the trash can was dirty, one of the bedspreads stained with blood, the air vent in the hallway was dirty and the air return filter caked with dust, dirt, and dog hair. To Elliott's credit, when we complained, they had their maintenance and cleaning crew out to resolve these issues within 2 hours of our call. There was nothing that could be done about the moldy smell, however. The base of the large shower was broken and poorly patched. This seemed to result in water damage to the floor in front of the shower which was soft from the subfloor giving way. We did not use this shower during our stay. There were other areas of the house that indicated previous water damage (floors, ceiling). Although my husband and I haven't been sick all year, we both left with sore throats, head and chest congestion. Can't prove it, but we suspect it was from the mold. Too bad the house isn't better maintained.

Great place to stay. Sun room is awesome. Neighbors were great.

would come back to this property again. Would suggest this place to my friends. Had one service call and next morning the tv remote was delivered.
