Stayed one night as we were attending a concert nearby. Hilary is a great communicator. The property is as listed conveniently located near downtown. The bedroom is very comfortable. Bathroom is well equipped. A tight shower space but have all that you needed. Will recommend for any solo travelers or couples.

This property was overall exceptional! I had a great experience. It was the perfect walking distance from town. Check-in was super simple and easy. The only thing it was a little complicated to give direction to the place, but other than that, it was amazing. parking was easy and it had amazing air condition and great amenities. The price was also super affordable for being so close to the city. 10/10 would totally stay here again when coming back to Saint Augustine.

It was a very nice stay for sure! Dog Park across the street was alot of fun for our little CoCo. Not too many dogs to share it with. She got her exercise! We enjoyed walking around to the historic district. We hardly stayed in the room. Would book again!

Love this little place! Very walkable to the historic downtown area of S.t Augustine. There's some outdoor seating options, and one area is very well shaded and a nice place to just enjoy an outside sit or cup of coffee. The host was very kind, and communicated very quickly. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips. Couldn't be a more perfect location for a solo traveler or a couple.
