(No stairs required to access lower level). Your rental includes BOTH the lower unit AND the upstairs. Boat lift is owner occupied.. Nettles has free everything: putt putt, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, hot tubs, heated pools, private beach, pool table, weight room, and more. Our home sits right on the water with plenty of parking in front and to the left of the home. and in garage. Large dock and deck and water side patio. We don't refund for storms or other reasons outside of our generous cancelation policy. No pets at this home. Our other homes are pet friendly: 17 Nettles on water, sleeps 12.
