Location was excellent. Walk to beach and restaurants just like she said. Larg enough for 2 people which was a concern because we stayed for 2 weeks. Lots to do in Sarasota. Courtney was great. We lost the key and had another one in less than 5 minutes. So appreciated that.

This place is in a fantastic location just a block away from the beach and the Main Street. They provide wagons to make your beach trip easier! The rooms and actual condo are well kept and they are very responsive. Great place to stay!

4th of July Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! It was everything we needed for this family vacation. It was clean, cozy, and best of all, less than a 2 min walk to the beach! Courtney is a Super Host! Communication was excellent! The rental is great and there are many small amenities added like extra shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, Q-Tips, Kleenex, extra bath towels and wash cloths, sun block, beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, coffee maker w/ pods, Dawn, snacks, etc. Good location by the Village and beach. Highly recommended!

Perfect Beachside Stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming beachside property! It’s incredibly well-equipped and clearly designed with small families in mind. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home.The family-friendly amenities were a major highlight—our 8-year-old was thrilled with the selection of toys and games, which gave us some much-needed downtime. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we could possibly need—from a blender and spices to a toaster and coffee maker—making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals.Location-wise, it’s nearly unbeatable. The only way it could have been closer to the beach is if there were a door leading directly onto the sand! Just a one-block walk brings you to the beautiful white, powdery beach, and the provided beach towels and loungers made our time there even more relaxing. After a sunny day by the water, we loved unwinding in the outdoor area, complete with a firepit and patio furniture—perfect for cozy evenings.The property also offered fast WiFi, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace, which came in handy for a bit of remote work. The bathroom was well stocked with essentials, including towels, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer—and everything throughout the unit was impeccably clean.We felt incredibly safe and comfortable throughout our stay, thanks to thoughtful safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a secure deadbolt lock

We are new to hosting - but can already tell how impactful it will be for our family. It has been a lot of fun for us and the children to renovate and decorate this condo and property. We are excited to host at this property & share with guests of what makes Siesta Key such a special place.

Why they chose this property

Laid back beach vibes all year around. From the beach to the village where all the restaurants, bars, live music and shopping is to the beautiful sunsets ... you really can't beat it.

Walking and biking are most common and there's a FREE golf cart taxi as well (magnet is on the side of refrigerator).
Multiple bike and scooter rentals in the village as well.

That beach life is good for the soul!

What makes this property unique

This property has been in my family for over 70 years... it was my grandfathers than passed down to my dad and now slowly transitioning to it being passed down to me.
