PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Great property close to downtown

Conveniently located minutes from downtown in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Added security of a locked door leading into the courtyard and the ability to park my car in garage. Would definitely recommend!t

We visited the Mercado and regularly rode our bikes to the Loop, which is not quite a mile away through the freshly paved streets of the adjacent Neighborhood. Not much storage in the bedroom, especially since we were there for a longer stay

Nice little place

Very nice place. Owners communicated promptly. Clean, safe, good bed. Handy to have the washer and dryer. Only improvement we can think of is getting a more comfortable couch. We gave up trying to sit on it for very long because the seat wasn't very deep. Can sèe why it was chosen because of ease of cleaning and durability. Problem is that there was no other place to sit to watch TV. Nice patio
