Lyford Cay Colonial Chic

Pytchley House is a four-bedroom home in the exclusive residential community of Lyford Cay, The Bahamas. Located on the 12th green of the Club golf course, the house has a mature, tropical garden which offers incredible privacy and tranquillity. Designed by famous Caribbean architect Happy Ward in 1968, Pytchley House has been tastefully renovated but still retains its traditional, colonial charm. Its wide, open verandahs span two floors and are perfect for escaping the midday heat or curling up with a book in the evenings. The main house boasts three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs and there's a also ground floor 4th bedroom with a private entrance. Also included in your stay: a fully stocked bar, cable TV and streaming services, Starlink WiFi, a daily housekeeper and two golf carts. Please note that only Members and sponsored Guests of The Lyford Cay Club can use the Club's facilities. For non-Members, a beautiful public beach is a 10-minute drive while golf and tennis are both available at the BahaMar resort which is 20 minutes away.

All around great experience

Beautiful property, beautiful pool, great location convenient to the Lyford Cay Club, exceptional housekeeper on property each day. Very comfortable furnishings and we LOVED the art! Christian was very communicative before and during the stay. Would book again if we return to Lyford!
