Responsive Owner

It started off on the wrong track when I learned that the discounted golf rates at Encinitas Ranch were not available as advertised. Owner indicated that the property manager included that provision in error. My view was that they should provide a discount as it was a benefit offered in the advertised listing and the owner should have the property manager cover the cost. But that did not happen and I was not very pleased with the response to address the misinformation in the advertised terms. Roll it forward and I am very pleased that we did not cancel. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Lots of communication back and forth which was very much appreciated! He also was very flexible with the check in and check out timing which was very much appreciated.The house is large and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Encinitas Ranch Golf Course which is a great course.
