Please remove shoes for sanitary purposes and to protect the white rugs and hardwood floors. Thank you!
Please turn the heat/AC to OFF when the bifold doors are open. There’ll be a $75/HR fee if the Nest detects open doors.
Make sure the lid to the hot tub is secure at all times when not in use. Thank you! $150 fee if left off all night

Absolutely loved this house but most importantly the host was the best ive ever experienced. The backyard set up is great and the inside is perfect and roomy. Usually its the other way around but the pictures doesnt do its justice, the house looks even better in person !

Graduation weekend perfection

We rented this wonderful home to host our family for my son's graduation from SDSU. So much better than a hotel, we were able to all be together, just 15 mins from campus. The home is exactly as pictured and so well equipped from the high quality chefs kitchen, to the iron to get the creases out of his robe. The host Colleen was so warm and helpful. I really felt like I was coming to a friend's house. We will definitely be renting again!

We hosted a quiet baby shower at the home and everything was perfect. Newly remolded contemporary finished with a nice, attached but divided casita and pool. Plentiful utensils and cookware. Highly communicative owner available for any questions. Good location close to shopping, restaurants, coffee etc. I would rent again!

If you’re looking for a nice neighborhood that’s clean and safe and yet within a reasonable amount of time to just about all the hot spots San Diego has to offer this is it.
You are 2 blocks from Cowles Mountain that boasts many hiking trails and a beautiful sunset.
Our home is fully fenced in for privacy and seclusion. The layout of the house and back yard offer a melding of the inside and outside which creates even more space for larger groups.
There’s every amenity a house can offer and we welcome you to make our home your home during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Between the 3 huge bifold doors, a dream kitchen any chef would want, the pool (not heated at this time) and hot tub (yes! Def heated!), fire pit lounging area, and Mid Century Modern design with 4 Bedrooms (6 queens and a king), 3 full bathrooms and tons of space whether you’re a large or small group you can’t go wrong. Check us out!
