Caton Manor Estate and Pool

A former community swim club repurposed for community projects and private experiences. suitable for family reunions, weddings, company events, content providers, Women/Men's getaways, paint & Sip, production companies. influences and many other respectful gatherings that brings families and friends together. This 4300 sq ft home sleeps 22 comfortabley Includes an Olympic size pool, basket & valley ball court, Wedding arbor, kiddy pool, play ground and most importantly indoor and outdoor space for the entire group to enjoy.
Other things to note Only the kiddy wading pool and HotTub is available now.
The Adult pool is not available yet the pool restoration are on schedule for Mid 2026 if you are booking now, please note that the adult pool is not yet included. There is a pool on the property but it is currently fenced and locked waiting for the restoration company which is expected to be Juy 2026..

Great tike

We had a buddies trip for a baseball game and horse race and this place was perfect. Winston was awesome and easy to connect with all trip. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor space for basketball/pickleball. We had an awesome stay.

Great experience

We had a group of 11 our stay was just amazing. The photos on Vrbo shows very little of how beautiful this property really is. This place was extremely huge. The bedrooms were extremely big. And the house was amazing. I recommend this property.

We had a group of 14 stay at house and the house fit us all comfortably. The house was modern and clean with great areas to hang out both inside and out. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room area is perfect for a big group to enjoy spending time in. Winston is a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. We had a great time and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Family Fun Time

Fourteen members of our family gathered comfortably here to celebrate my mom's 92nd birthday. The space was clean and welcoming, and it accommodated us all perfectly. The children enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball outside. The kitchen was well stocked with dinner and cookware. Winston was a great host, friendly and communicative.
