Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave keys on kitchen Island. Trash goes to street on Monday nights both recycle & Trash and again on Thursday night Trash only
Remove all refrigerator foods & Emty trash cans and put at the end of driveway
Place all Remotes for shades, fans, TVs and fireplace where they belong and turn AC to 78 degree
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties or Events
No leaving pets unattended overnight
No RV or trailers parked in driveway or on street

The house is beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The view of the marina is stunning.The location is perfect, within walking distance of Fisherman Village and downtown.Holly and Jim were amazing and accessible. We will definitely return.

A wonderful stay in Luxury

I enjoyed myself so much. I had a great time very relaxing and everything was first rate and first class. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else The hostess was so helpful and gave great advise on what do in the area. But you don’t have to go anywhere because you feel like you are staying in a five star hotel. I really enjoyed myself and plan on going again.

What wonderful hosts Holly and Jim were! We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at their beautiful guest home. It’s the ideal location for exploring all that Punta Gorda and SWFL have to offer, including shops, restaurants, local nightlife, walking trails, beautiful seaside spots and botanical gardens. Their guest home has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home, from comfortable beds, luxury bedding and spa bathrooms to a fully stocked kitchen and relaxing outdoor space overlooking a beautiful marina. We have already booked our next stay, this home is truly the gem of Punta Gorda.

I have made this recipe now twice and everyone loves it. My friend made soda bread too but it does not compare to yours with the Guinness beer and organic brown sugar made such a difference. The one toilet didnt work. The toilet paper holder in the other bathroom was loose. Other wise it was beautiful

I had a plumber respond the same day and it was on a Saturday, so they could not repair or replace it before Julie and her guests left, as they were only here 3 days. I have two bathrooms so they were able to use the second bathroom. The other toilet has been replaced with a new one without the bidet since the electrical boards tend to be an issue, even though it only 2 years old.
