We loved our stay here! The home is very clean and welcoming! It’s located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and was very relaxing! The whirlpool tub in the master bathroom is amazing! The kitchen is well stocked and offers a coffee bar. The price is a little high but other than that it’s awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The host was informative and helpful. All rooms were very clean, maintained and well organized and supplied! The place was very pet friendly as was the neighborhood. The place was close to shopping and not far from the beach. We highly recommend the place and will be coming back again soon!

Had great time during my stay and the property had everything you can possibly need inside the home, rooms were clean and the property looked like the pictures. The host was very accommodating and friendly even left us a gift.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. The home is very comfortable and clean! Beds were very comfortable, huge bonus! It was absolutely perfect for us and we plan to be back to stay again!

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, and stocked will all the essentials for a great stay. The home was very spacious and very accommodating for 5 adults with plenty of space to spread out. Especially loved the comfortable beds - they were super comfortable. The coffee maker worked well with the option to grind bean feature! Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay. The host was easy to communicate with and very nice. We had two small dogs and I was grateful for the fenced in back yard. I also liked the fact that we did not have to do a bunch of chores when checking out. We didn't have to do anything but pack up and leave. Would recommend and stay again!

The house is in excellent condition. PLEASE show it respect when you stay!! The beds were comfortable. The rooms & bathrooms are all perfect sizes. The kitchen has everything you need. I loved the chairs in the living room! I’ll be back for Florida Trip #3 💙💛 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a great home! All the amenities were provided. Plenty of outlets for charging devices all throughout the home. BIG fenced in yard for dogs! Everything was so comfy and inviting. Host was super responsive especially since thermostat is locked and we were unable to adjust temperature. Would stay again!!

Johnathan was an amazing host! The home was nice, clean, and in a great area. My family and I were heading to Orlando for Disney and needed a halfway rest point. Our initial plan was to check in on Monday and leave Tuesday morning, but that didn’t happen. We had a medical emergency on Monday, so we couldn’t make the initial check-in. I reached out to Johnathan, and he understood the situation and allowed us to check in Tuesday at no charge. This is the type of hospitality that would make me use Johnathan’s property again.
