Overall, the apartment was in a convenient location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by several issues.On arrival, the lift was out of service, which made it very difficult for the three of us to carry three suitcases and our backpacks up to the apartment. Inside, the shower cubicle door in the bathroom would not close properly, and the bathroom door handle was also faulty. We also noticed that underneath the master bed was extremely dusty, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly.On the day of our departure, both the corridor and the lift had an extremely unpleasant smell that was genuinely unbearable. In addition, the allocated parking space was occupied by another vehicle, causing unnecessary inconvenience.Overall, these maintenance and cleanliness issues significantly affected our experience. With better upkeep and management, the apartment could offer a much more enjoyable stay.
