Access to a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and state of the art fitness center. There are many upscale shops and restaurants just a short walk away at Coconut Point Mall. You are 10 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and within 25 minutes of Naples, Sanibel & Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beach. Great location!
