Our experience was great the resort was exactly as described and pictured. The host was very reachable and quick to answer our inquiries. When we walked in we immediately noticed how clean and spacious the resort was. We were very pleased. There area where the resort was located was very close within walking and driving distance not to mention a very peaceful and quiet location. We easily would consider to rent from this host(s) again.

Beatin' the Heat!

My husband and I found delightful heat relief at this perfect getaway. One night our daughter and her family met us at Charlie Clark's (local favorite restaurant) for a wonderful dinner and then the granddaughters spent the night with us. There was plenty of room for everybody. We had so much fun making pancakes in the fully equipped kitchen for breakfast while Pop Pop comfortably reclined watching T.V. Great stay. Can't wait to come back.

Pinetop Getaway!

Beautiful condo that was incredibly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owners was great. The little extras like coffee k cups, shampoo, soap, etc were also very thoughtful. The location was very quiet & peaceful. Pines surrounding were beautiful. We enjoyed the little squirrels running around. :-) Highly recommended rental in the Pinetop area!

Perfect location

My friend and I were in PineTop for a golf tournament. This place was literally seconds from the golf course! After driving three hours and golfing 18 holes, we headed to the unit to check in. Not realizing we were at the wrong place, the code for the door would not work. I texted Paul and Rizza and they got back to us immediately and directed us to the right spot. Completely our mistake, the directions they gave were explicit, we just didn’t read them through. The place was clean and equipped nicely. We certainly enjoyed our time there!

We love the White Mountains for its serenity and endless views of the Ponderosa Pines. The cool breeze and the relaxing, cozy vibe that it gives as soon as you reach this quaint town is what we love about Pinetop-Lakeside. It is also at the center of town, where it is near shops, dining, and attractions. It is also surrounded with National Forest Parks and Recreation which you will find yourself immersed in nature.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property unique is that it has a Cabin feel as soon as you step inside an open concept, living space. Unlike any of the other units, the long narrow deck is facing endless Ponderosa Pines. Most importantly, it is within steps to the Pickle Ball, Tennis Courts and Golf Course on Pinetop Country Club where it is open to the public. With a 30-minute drive, you will also find yourself skiing at Sunrise Ski Resort during Snow Season.
