Mount Hartman Bay Estate-Beach House:Luxury 4 bedrooms with private beach & dock

Mount Hartman Bay Estate is located in Grenada. It is a nice and tropical island in eastern Caribbean. The property is set on 7 acres on its own private peninsula and fully gated with 24 x7 security. We are 10 minutes drive from the airport.10 minutes drive to the shopping mall. 10 minutes drive to the most famous white sand beach in Grenada- Grand Anse Beach.
The Beach House– Walking down from the Main House of Mount Hartman Bay Estate past the large infinity pool and down on to the private beach you come to the 4 bedroom Beach House. Each spacious room has it own private entrance, one of which opens with direct access to the private Beach House swimming pool, the other ground floor suite opens up onto a private garden. The rooms on the top floor are 1,200 square feet(120m2) in size, and the two on the ground floor are 900 square feet (90m2). Each of these bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom and an additional outdoor shower for two.
The Beach House has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen, private laundry room, BBQ, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably. There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king sized pull-out sofa bed and additional beds can easily be placed in these rooms.
