The cheerful kitchen is steps away with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and barstool seating for convenient cooking and dining at home. From family meals to card games and visiting over drinks, the formal dining table has seating for 6 guests to enjoy quality time together.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs (16 steps to get to the 2nd floor).

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Myself, wife and daughter enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well located, easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.Clean, well equipped and quiet. Our only down side was a fairly new hip replacement and bad knees had to negotiate too many steps. Otherwise, well pleased.
