Hillside Cottage awaits you! A stylish condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with modern decor and furnishings that are sure to please every guest.



The Space:

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights ample seating, a TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings or enjoy a nightcap.



The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 6. A high-top table and stools are adjacent to the dining area for more casual meals.



The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 3 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #2 highlights a Twin/Queen bunk bed, Twin trundle, and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.



An additional shared full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit, 2nd floor, 17 steps required. (No elevator)

- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use.

- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit above can be rented together. To rent both units look for Hillside Duo or contact Customer Care.

- Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex.

- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pool and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Nice little condo close to everything needed

This condo was close to everything we needed to get to and with little traffic. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It worked for what we needed!

My Family Vacation

My stay here was good for the most part.The only problem that I had was that in the morning we would run out of hot water. So we would have to take a cold shower.

Parking is an issue

Parking spots were small and there were not enough of them for as many houses on that street. People had to park on the grass which made it difficult to get in and out of cars and houses.

Great location

Great location, nice condo. On the listing it stated there was a pack n play for our infant and there was not. We had to go buy one. Then there was quite a few bulbs out that my husband replaced. Dryer didn’t work the greatest either. Over all it was a very nice condo and the location was ideal.

Decent for the price

Overall the place was decent. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. Unsure if someone smoked in there or if someone underneath the unit was a smoker and it just seeped through the walls. There was some kind of dirt stuck on the master bathroom walls and trim. The baseboards were pretty dusty. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear people in the other units around you. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Adequate, but would not stay again

The unit was clean enough, but there were so many things broken in the unit, especially in the hall bathroom. Fixtures barely hanging on, toilet leaked and mold growing. Kitchen had several broken dishes and the utensils were dirty, looked like they had been used and put back in the drawer. When we arrived, the bunk bed room had beds that weren't even made. Sheets were left folded on the bed and there weren't any blankets to use. We had to pull blankets from the other bedrooms to keep our kids warm. Check in was easy and communication was easy and fast. Location was great. It was overall an older unit that needs a lot of repairs. were left folded

This is certainly not the standard of quality we aim to provide, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused your family. Please remember, had you communicated all of these issues to us upon arrival or during your stay, we would have had the opportunity to address them immediately. We could have sent maintenance to fix the bathroom issues, provided clean dishes and utensils, made the beds, and supplied blankets. We understand your disappointment and that you would not stay again given these issues. We will be thoroughly inspecting this unit and making the necessary repairs and replacements. Hillside cottage in Branson

Interior quality, furnishings and cleanliness was most impressive. However, your website listing showed elevator under accessibility and that was the main reason for selecting this condo. All members in our group were in their 70's and all females. Hauling luggage up and down was difficult not to mention just entering and leaving unit. Grand Welcome could not give us any other accommodations options. I will only stay at this location again if ground level entry is available! If one lady that is on oxygen due to covid, who was supposed to be with us but backed out after i made reservation, had been with us, we would not have been able to stay at this location. She was the reason i looked for elevator or ground entry when choosing accommodations. Your listing needs to be revised!
